Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DoorDing products and services provided by Urban Development Technologies ApS ("DoorDing", "we", "us"), a company registered in Denmark. By using our products or services you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

DoorDing provides smart intercom hardware, access control software, mobile applications, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@doording.io.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
  • • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with our hardware or software
  • • Use our services to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • • Record or store video or audio without the consent of the individuals involved

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Hardware is sold under a separate purchase agreement. Software subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, firmware, trademarks, and content provided by DoorDing remain the property of Urban Development Technologies ApS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services solely for their intended purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoorDing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DoorDing in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will provide reasonable advance notice for material changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Copenhagen, Denmark. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
